CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend your appointment it can be rescheduled or cancelled via our booking site or by contacting the salon on 01530 416407.

By giving us more notice we have chance to refill your appointment with clients on our waiting list.

 

Our cancellation charges are as follows:

• Cancellation/rescheduled appointment up to 24 hours before appointment – no charge 

• Cancellation/rescheduled less than 24 hours notice – 50% charge

• No shows – 100% charge

Any charges incurred will need to be paid via a secure payment link before future appointments can be made.

​

We send out appointment reminders via email (48 hours) and text message (24 hours) before your appointment in order to give you the opportunity to cancel/rearrange if needed without incurring any charges.

Our cancellation policy will always be applied with careful consideration for each clients' individual circumstances.
